Job Role- Program Manager

Job Responsibility

Candidate need to be experienced in program and public health training team and leading the team of trainers. The role will be responsible for end-to-end management and implementation

of program across the state. You will be responsible for documentation, coordination and managing

the program in coordination with district officials.

Qualification & Skills

• Master’s degree in social sciences/work, humanities or public health desirable

should have at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in program Management

Experience in working with the development sector/ NGOs would be preferred

Community Mobilizer

Job description

Job Role- Comunity Mobilizer

 

Location- Sonbhadra

 

Job Responsibility

A community mobilizer works with a project team to organize community engagement activities and meetings. They may also be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing action plans
  • Monitoring and evaluating action plans
  • Liaising with community leaders and parents
  • Establishing and strengthening clubs for children and youth
  • Providing ongoing mentoring and support
  • Facilitating weekly meetings with community groups
  • Recording keeping
  • Training and capacity building community group members
  • Preparing field reports 

Qualification & Skills

 

• Intermidiate/Graduation

 

should have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in program 

 

Experience in working with the development sector/ NGOs would be preferred
